4 Easy Steps To Booking Online…
Step 1: Check Their Postcode.
With a simple postcode check, the customer will know if delivery is available in their area.
Step 2: Product Selection
After checking the postcode, the customer is taken to the product selection page. Different postcodes can be set up to have different prices. So the customer will only see the pieces relevant to their postcode. And it allows you to change prices to account for travel depending on the post code area instead of showing additional fees for delivery.
In our Demo, we’ve selected two of the most common Concrete Mix types as well as Screed to display, so the customer can select which is best for them.
After selecting the concrete type, the customer is taken to a details page where they can select the amount required, and add it to their basket.
Product Selection
The details page can show more information about that specific concrete mix, for example, as well as prices and any additive information as well. In this demo, we have the volume amount in a drop down but many options are available. The customer then adds the volume to their basket and proceeds to the checkout process.
Step 3: Enter Their shipping / billing details.
There are options for billing and shipping addresses, as well as selecting the delivery date and delivery time. The postcode entered will be locked to either the billing or shipping address, depending on what the customer enters.
Step 4: Make Payment.
Payment options will be whatever you choose. From cash on delivery, to PayPal, Worldpay, Stripe, Barclays payment, Amazon Checkout and many others. Customers are sent from our site, securely to the payment gateway chosen.
We don’t keep any card information as it is all handled directly through the chosen payment gateway keeping customers 100% secure.
