You may already have the required payment back end.
If you’re already taking orders over the phone, they you probably already have access to an online system that allows you to view your transactions. We will work with you to add e-commerce to this service and use that for online order as well. So you won’t require additional administration for payment reviews.
Take Down Payments or the Whole Amount
We know that concrete, aggregates, sand and the likes are unique products, and often the delivery requires more, or sometimes less than the actual amount ordered. Our systems allows you to take a set down payment, or a % down payment depending upon your preference. So you can be assured of the booking, and arrange payment after delivery for the actual amount needed.
We can also have the customer pay for the whole amount up front, and any changes can be billed later. The choice will be up to you, and we can make any changes required to suit your requirements.

The customer sees the down payment amount in the basket, in this case including the VAT.

On the checkout page, the customer enters the delivery address and other details, and the down payment summary is also displayed here before they pay for the order, so they know exactly what the payment is, and what is left to pay based on the volume selected.
